Our unique Learning Module format allows you to enroll any time; there is no need to wait for a term to end and most classes allow for open entry. If you have to miss a class or have a scheduled vacation or business trip, you can still continue your studies.
Our Distance Learning and Hybrid classes offer the best of both worlds. You can complete the classes at your own speed, on your own schedule, any time, any where! But if you get stuck or need help, our unique "Coach On Call" program offers a REAL person ready to help you. You can also attend Study Sessions to help you through the rough spots. The entire program can be custom designed by each student.

At Peak Real Estate College we have made a commitment to what we describe as experiential, interactive, student-centered instruction. The choice of this teaching style is based on two premises: 1. That people learn by a variety of different methods, only one of which is by passively listening or observing. Therefore, other methods which involve doing, explaining to others, and interacting with instructors and other students should be used. 2. Particularly appropriate to occupational disciplines is the fact that our students are going to apply their skills, therefore, we should provide them the opportunity to first have that experience in the classroom.

Our low student to instructor ratio allows you to get personalized education, guidance, and evaluation. Linda Gilroy, the Director of Education, has more than 20 years experience in adult education. She understands the learning process and has designed the curriculum to support and focus on the student. Instructors and staff members are carefully chosen and highly qualified not only in their fields of expertise, but in the methodology of teaching.
